Most items offered on our web sites are usually in stock, so we can usually ship the same day if you place your order before 2 PM Central time.

Domestic Shipments to the Continental USA

For most shipments to the USA, we use United Parcel Service. UPS picks up here most business days.

For small shipments, we may use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Tracking.

   Shipping costs are our Actual Discounted Rates.

  We Do NOT charge a handling fee or charge for the packaging material. Insurance included.*

UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Federal Express orders must be received by 10 AM Central time to ship the same day. Allow up to 2 days extra for FedEx Ground.

  For shipments outside the USA, we may use Global Priority Mail, International Express Mail, DHL Express, or Federal Express International Economy.

Are you in Alaska or Hawaii?
For small shipments, we may use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Tracking or UPS Second Day Air (usually less than $20).

Please do not select UPS Ground if you want your order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. No UPS Ground service is available from the continental USA to HI or AK). Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation delivery times may be slower and we cannot track the shipment as reliably.

These rates are average for most areas of the USA. In order to make the shipping costs shown here exact, we would have to tie our online shopping cart to the UPS web server. We have chosen not to do that at this time, because that would mean that if the UPS web server was either very slow, down, or inaccessible, then it would be either difficult or impossible to place an online order on this web site.

Canada and Other Countries

 For small shipments, we may use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Tracking.

We can also use DHL Express or Federal Express. Shipping two ionizers to most other areas of the world by FedEx usually weighs 3 pounds or less; you can calculate the exact cost at the FedEx web site. We usually contact you with the exact cost for your authorization before shipping.

FedEx requires us to contact them by 11 AM Central time to pick up that same day. Shipping by FedEx to within the USA is usually higher than DHL or UPS.

NOTE: COD is ONLY available for shipments within the USA. It is impossible to ship an order COD to outside the USA. Neither Federal Express, nor anyone else, will do that. We do accept other secure methods of payment such as PayPal or major credit cards.
